To Pair Transmitter and Receiver
Step 1: In any mode, long-pressing the pairing button will enter pairing mode. Then quick press the Pairing button to select a channel (Dog 1, Dog 2, Dog 3).
Step 2: Make sure the receiver is turned off, then press and hold the power button on the receiver for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The receiver is in pairing mode for 15 seconds, indicated by rapid green flashing for the same duration.
Step 3: To complete pairing, press any of the tone, vibration, or static stimulation button on the transmitter within 15 seconds. Upon successful pairing, the transmitter's interface will switch back to the main screen, and the receiver will emit a beep with a slow flashing green light.
Tips: Once paired, the receiver collar can be used for training, fencing, or forbidden modes without the need to re-pair in different modes.
To pair additional receivers, follow steps 1 to 3, but in step 1, ensure you select a different channel (Dog 1, Dog 2, Dog 3).
Each channel can only be paired with one receiver. If a channel is already paired with a receiver and you pair it with a new one, the previous pairing will be overridden.
Fence
Fence Mode creates an invisible circular boundary around the transmitter, with a radius of 10 to 120 feet. When your dog, wearing the receiver, approaches or crosses this boundary, the receiver emits alerts, prompting your dog to return to the safe area. With easy operation and your training, your dog can play freely within the safe zone.
This device features both Working and Testing modes. Testing mode is used to check the signal stability in the environment before using the fence officially. (For detailed information, refer to section 3.6). Only in Working mode, you can use the fence function properly.
In working mode, the system monitors your pet's position relative to the set boundary. Alerts are issued when your pet approaches the boundary line.
Distance Monitoring: The transmitter displays the real-time distance to the receiver collar.
Beyond the Fence: If your pet goes beyond the set boundary, the receiver initiates progressive warnings. These warnings cease immediately once your pet returns within the boundary.
No Signal Alert: In areas with no signal coverage, the transmitter will indicate this. No warnings will be triggered on the receiver in no-signal areas, ensuring no harm to your pet.
- Press the Fence button to enter the fence mode.
- Press the Pairing button to select test mode or working mode.
- Press the vibration or static buttons to choose the warning mode.
- Press the +/- buttons to adjust the radius of fence (10-120Ft).
- Briefly press the power button to enable or disable the alert emitted by the transmitter when the distance limit is exceeded.
Vibration Mode: Utilizes sound and vibration warnings exclusively. Levels 1-5: progressive sequential sound and vibration are automatically activated in the order.
Static Mode: Combines sound, vibration, and static stimulation. Levels 1-5: progressive sequential sound, vibration, and static stimulation are automatically activated in the order.
This product establishes a virtual circular fence centered around the transmitter. It is important to ensure that the signal around the transmitter and at the fence boundaries is strong.
The transmitter signal may be slightly affected by electronic devices and metal obstacles such as Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth devices, microwaves, cordless phones, metal roofs, and metal fences. More obstacles in the environment can lead to signal attenuation.
Important tips: while these factors may marginally affect signal accuracy, they typically result in only about a 5% deviation. Therefore, the product remains reliable.
Based on your specific location, consider the following placement recommendations:
- Avoid placing the transmitter within 2-3 feet of other electronic devices or obstructions. For example, for indoor use, place it on a clean table, for outdoor use, mount it on a wall near the entrance.
- Avoid placing near metal roofs or fences, as these can affect signal stability.
- Preferably, place the transmitter at a higher position—such as on a tree rather than at its base, upstairs rather than downstairs, or on an incline rather than a decline.
- If unable to avoid solid walls, place the transmitter diagonally rather than in a corner.
- In a rectangular space, placing the transmitter in the center is more effective than placing it along the edges.
- Place the transmitter out of reach of pets and children to minimize the risk of damage.
- The transmitter is not waterproof, so avoid placing it near rain or water sources.
Using the +/- buttons to adjust the radius of circular fence.
Tips: The minimum setting is 10 feet, and the maximum setting is 120 feet. The final setting depends on your needs and the size of your yard.
Before selecting the working mode for normal use, use the test mode to assess signal stability in the environment. Ensure the transmitter's signal stability and that the boundary is set within the signal coverage area.
If there is unstable signal near the boundary, the system may not effectively control your pet. In working mode, if the collar worn by the dog crosses the boundary in an area with unstable signal, the system will not issue a warning.
Entering Test Mode: Press the mode button for 2 seconds to toggle between test mode and operation mode.
Tip: In Test Mode, the collar will only sound an alert when the signal is lost or becomes unstable.
Testing approach: Use the established transmitter position as the center point, then verify signal stability within and outside the set boundary, each at a distance of 3 feet.
Dual-Person Testing Method:
A. Secure the transmitter at the desired center point. One person observes and records the distance displayed on the transmitter, while another person moves with the receiver to test the signal in 4-5 directions. More directions yield more accuracy.
B. The person holding the receiver selects a direction and moves to the set boundary distance. When the receiver beeps, indicating no signal or instability, move slightly backward until the beeping stops to find a stable signal location.
C. The observer at the transmitter notes when "No Signal" appears, indicating this distance in that direction is a dead zone. Record the distance where the signal remains stable before it is lost.
D. Repeat steps B to C to verify and record the stable boundary distances in other directions.
E. Choose the shortest stable boundary distance as your fence radius and reset the boundary. Alternatively, adjust the center point's position for optimal testing.
Single-Person Testing Method:
F. Fix the receiver at the designated center point, and the tester moves with the transmitter.
G. Choose a direction to move towards the set boundary distance. If the transmitter beeps and shows "No Signal," it indicates a dead zone at that distance in that direction.
H. Move back until the beeping stops, noting the distance displayed on the transmitter as the stable signal location.
I. Repeat steps G to H in 3-4 directions to verify and record the stable boundary distances in other directions.
J. Choose the shortest stable boundary distance as your fence radius and reset the boundary. Alternatively, adjust the center point's position for optimal testing.
1. If your usage environment is open, such as on a lawn, our product signal will generally remain stable, even when set to a maximum radius of 120 feet.
2. In environments with dense forests, tall trees, or extensive metal mesh and walls, our product may experience signal blind spots within a range of 80-120 feet, potentially leading to signal loss. However, this does not affect normal usage. By placing the transmitter strategically (away from these areas) and planning boundaries, these issues can be mitigated effectively.
3. Our product does not issue any punishment warnings when there is no signal, ensuring the safety of your dog. Please use it with confidence.
4. Temporary signal loss may occur due to occasional interference, but this does not impact product functionality.
5. The test mode is primarily for signal testing purposes. It emits a sound alert when the signal is lost. When using it normally for your dog, ensure it is switched to the working mode. This ensures that warnings and punishments are issued only when your dog crosses the boundary.
6. Occasionally, signal drift may occur due to interference, but rest assured, this is usually brief and momentary. Our built-in algorithms adjust boundaries appropriately in such cases, ensuring there are no erroneous warnings or punishments for your dog.
7. Even if the signal is poor in some areas within the fence, you can use it with confidence as long as the signal at the set boundary location is normal.
Other Guides
Use a 5V 2A plug and the provided charging cable for the charging.
Transmitter: While charging, the battery icon scrolls. When fully charged, the screen turns off.
Tips: It takes approximately 6-7 hours to fully charge the transmitter. You can operate as usual during the charging process.
Receiver: The indicator light flashes red during charging and turns green when fully charged.
Tips: It takes about 3-4 hours to reach full charge.
Transmitter: Press the power button once to turn on, and hold it for 2 seconds to turn off.
Receiver:
Power on: Press the power button once to turn on. Upon powering on, a beep sound is emitted, and the green indicator light turns on.
Power off: Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off. When turning off, two beep sounds are emitted, and the red indicator light flashes twice before turning off.
Training Mode: Attach the static test light to the static post and press the static button to test its functionality.
Fence and Forbidden Zone Modes: Attach the test light to the static post. If the light activates upon exiting the fence boundary or entering the forbidden area, the static feature works correctly.
Step 1: Pass the belt through the receiver.

#1 Turn off the receiver and ensure your dog is in a comfortable standing position before placing the collar.
#2 Position the receiver at the center of your dog's neck, with the switch button facing upward and the contact points aligned with the throat.
#3 Ensure you can comfortably insert a finger between the collar and your dog’s neck. Proper fit is crucial for device effectiveness.
#4 Mark the desired collar length with a pen, remove any excess material, and carefully seal the cut edges with a lighter to prevent unraveling.
1. Avoid prolonged or tight wearing of the collar to prevent skin irritation in your dog.
2. Ensure your dog doesn't wear the collar for more than 12 hours a day.
3. Adjust the collar position on your pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
4. Regularly check the collar's tightness to prevent excessive pressure.
5. Do not attach a leash to the collar to avoid undue pressure on the device.
6. Clean your pet's neck area and the receiver's contact area with a damp cloth weekly.
7. Daily inspect the contact area for any signs of rash or discomfort.
8. If you notice a rash or discomfort, discontinue collar use until the skin heals. If symptoms persist beyond 48 hours, seek immediate veterinary attention.
Follow these steps to ensure your pet's safety and comfort. While millions of pets find stainless steel contacts comfortable, some may be sensitive to pressure. Over time, your pet may become more tolerant of the collar, allowing you to relax certain precautions. However, it's crucial to regularly check the contact area for redness or sores. If any are found, discontinue use until the skin has fully healed.
